Program Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Program Management EPMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Select, develop, motivate, train, and retain staff while managing performance improvement processes
• Organize and coordinate programs, establish and manage program budgets, and monitor benefits realization
• Ensure effective communication across departments and provide a framework for solution operationalization post-project implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, program management, or related field with ten years of equivalent work experience
• Six years of relevant work experience managing complex, high-risk projects
• Proven experience in executing project management standards in complex organizations
• Three or more years of program management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is required; Agile and organizational change management certifications are desirable
