Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct client contact and communications to ensure effective execution of solutions
• Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring thorough information gathering and review
• Coordinate program setup and monitor program performance, providing account activity updates and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in account management or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare services
• Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracting processes
• Broad knowledge of target marketing in healthcare-related fields
• Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process
