Program Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex programs and projects, the full-time remote Program Management Manager will be responsible for regulatory compliance, quality oversight, and strategic enablement while leading a team of direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory and contract compliance, ensuring audit readiness and operational workflow alignment
• Monitor program-level KPIs and lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance
• Act as the primary liaison among various departments to maintain centralized governance and ensure sustainability of improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certification preferred; PMP eligibility required
• 8-10 years of business or industry experience, with 5-8 years in program management
• Experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives
• Detailed content knowledge of program management and compliance requirements
