Job Summary

Leading project management activities for BIO BPS process development programs, the full-time remote Program Management Manager will oversee a portfolio of biologics projects, ensuring successful execution from development through manufacturing readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of key milestones for biologics process development programs
• Oversee project alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and client commitments while driving integrated program execution
• Develop and maintain project management tools and best practices to enhance project execution and cross-functional communication

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in project/program management or process development
• Experience in biologics, bioprocess development, or GMP/GxP environments strongly preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile are preferred
• Strong project management expertise, including risk management and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional development programs with multiple stakeholders
