Program Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing key aspects of client relationships, the full-time remote Program Management Manager will oversee the implementation of messaging solutions, respond to client requests, and contribute to Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions to ensure excellent execution and delivery of solutions
• Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work, gathering necessary information and ensuring appropriate approvals
• Coordinate program setup with internal teams and clients while monitoring and reporting on program performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in account management or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare services
• Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracting processes
• Broad knowledge of target marketing in healthcare-related fields
• Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process
