Program Management Manager

Job Summary

To support program development and enhancements, the full-time salaried Program Management Manager will implement strategic plans, manage partner relationships, and oversee program performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of program enhancements to improve member acquisition and retention
• Manage internal and external partner relationships, including contract negotiations and strategic insights for program relevance
• Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of strategic goals and effective communication across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 4-6 years of project or program management experience required; experience in the claims or insurance industry preferred
• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies and certifications preferred
• Demonstrated project management experience; PMP certification preferred
