Program Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing cross-functional implementations, the full-time remote Program Management Manager will develop integrated project plans, track budgets, and prepare executive status reports to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned components of cross-functional implementations by translating approved charters into detailed plans and deliverables
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
• Prepare executive-ready status reporting across milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to sustain stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly
• Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel
