Program Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing cross-functional implementations, the full-time salaried Manager, CGT Program Management will develop integrated project plans, align teams and suppliers, and track budgets to ensure timely delivery of initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate components of cross-functional projects by translating charters into detailed plans and deliverables
• Track budgets, forecasts, and capital spend inputs to support financial controls and variance actions
• Prepare executive-ready status reports on milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to maintain stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, or project management
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., CSM or SAFe Agile), or Lean/Six Sigma
• Experience leading project workstreams across technology implementations and process changes
• Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel
