Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management for a portfolio of products generating over $50 billion in annual sales
• Drive and deliver large-scale strategic programs with strong governance and prioritization
• Coach and guide a matrix team of Program Managers to ensure effective execution and talent development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences, with a minimum of 15 years of program leadership or management experience
• Extensive expertise in leadership, transformation, and program management at a senior enterprise level
• Proven success in managing large, global teams and understanding the end-to-end manufacturing value chain
• Deep knowledge of organizational-level change and experience with major procurement change programs
• Strong strategic analysis skills and ability to translate opportunities into execution plans
