Program Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Management Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews rates, tracks shipments and orders, and updates customer files and profiles
• Interfaces with customers during service failures to address concerns and conducts customer surveys to identify trends
• Collaborates with operations to ensure effective service delivery and monitors client activity to support service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Applies UPS policies and procedures to situations and operations
• Understands features and business applications of UPS services and technology offerings
• Applies supply chain and logistics knowledge related to manufacturing and distribution
• Generates and interprets standard and customized reports from appropriate databases
• Bachelor's degree preferred
