Job Summary
Providing support and expertise to senior staff, the remote Acquisition/Program Management Specialist will lead and manage DoD industrial base programs focused on manufacturing and supply chains, while developing risk mitigation strategies and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage assessments of domestic and global production capabilities for defense-critical systems
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for fragile supply chains, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing operations and compliance with DoD acquisition policies
Required qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (current and verifiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management or industrial operations, preferably within the DoD
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting tools
