Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hiring, training, and evaluation of staff while overseeing team adherence to policies
• Develop and implement operational quality control processes and monitor effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or five+ years of relevant business experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service setting
• More than 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical call centers
• Previous supervisory experience required
• General PC knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
