Program Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing customer accounts and support activities, the full-time salaried Program Management Supervisor will serve as the primary contact for regional middle market customers, ensuring operational execution, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the administration of customer accounts, managing revenue retention and churn reduction efforts
• Conducts quarterly business reviews and tracks program metrics to identify service improvement opportunities
• Manages and develops team members, ensuring performance evaluations and career development plans are in place

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of related industry experience in account or project management
• MAPP candidate or a 'Ready Now' Supervisor
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to client locations
