Program Management Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development and execution of community engagement initiatives, the remote contract Program Management Support Specialist will manage projects, build relationships with stakeholders, and leverage data to drive social impact over a 6 to 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate community impact programs and projects from concept through execution
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporate leaders and nonprofit organizations
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in community impact or project management
• Proven ability to manage projects involving diverse stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
• Proficiency in data analysis and program measurement
