Job Summary
Acting as the focal point for the Cora Project Management tool, the full-time remote Program Management Support Specialist will ensure high understanding, rapid adoption, and effective utilization of the tool within the North America Commercial Service aftermarket project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth plans to achieve annual sales growth targets
- Coordinate with Sales and customers for account information and order support
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and consistent customer communication
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years' experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or field service management software
