Program Management Trainer
Job Summary
To support a significant transformation within Federal Student Aid, the full-time remote Program Management Trainer will advise leadership on transitioning to a product-oriented operating model, shape product governance, and coach senior leaders on effective product management practices.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to FSA leadership on product-oriented delivery aligned to mission outcomes and operational priorities
- Shape and institutionalize agency-wide product governance practices, including decision rights and performance accountability
- Coach senior leaders and cross-functional teams on product strategy, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in Program Management and enterprise-level operations
- Demonstrated success in leading transitions to product-based operating models in large organizations
- Deep expertise in product strategy, management, and organizational change
- Experience influencing senior executives and managing complex multi-vendor delivery ecosystems
- Ability to pass and maintain eligibility for a 6C Public Trust investigation
