Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of cross-functional program plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all operational aspects of the program, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver program objectives and deliverables
• Manage program initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure, including risk assessment and response plans

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of program management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs
• Utilization of program management tools, methodologies, best practices, and infrastructure
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI/PMP) strongly preferred
