Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide account implementation of asset management and annual capital planning
• Manage program performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies
• Oversee asset management activities, including capital forecasts and reporting to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
