Job Summary

A company is looking for a Readiness Program Manager to drive scalable, AI-driven systems and frameworks for Support readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI-driven frameworks and tools to streamline readiness access and tracking
• Own and evolve Support Readiness, coordinating training and onboarding content delivery
• Serve as the primary readiness contact between Support and Product, ensuring effective communication and training for new product launches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Enablement, or Knowledge/Change Management
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of product readiness and knowledge management principles
• Experience in designing and managing new hire training frameworks
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret success metrics
