Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead delivery for high visibility client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical execution across multiple engineering technology teams to ensure deliverables are on track
• Standardize Jira workflows, manage boards, and create advanced filters and executive dashboards
• Develop structured reporting to communicate progress, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology environments
• Experience with Jira management, including dashboards and reporting
• Working knowledge of AWS services and understanding of APIs and distributed system design
• Ability to read and interpret software architecture diagrams
• Strong project management discipline with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
