Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and improve outcomes for teammates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and manage program cadence with stakeholders
• Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Typically 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role
• Experience leading internal, multi-team initiatives; exposure to technology or consulting environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid)
