Managing complex turnkey service solutions for high-speed data communications deployments, the full-time remote Field Service Program Manager will translate customer operational requirements into structured programs, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex service solutions
• Translate operational requirements into defined plans, milestones, and governance models
• Monitor program execution to achieve service level agreements, cost targets, and profitability objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or service deployment
• Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong customer relationship management skills, including issue resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage program financials, including cost tracking and profitability
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
