Program Manager

Job Summary

To build and manage the infrastructure easements program, the remote contract Program Manager will drive cross-team delivery of critical utilities, negotiate terms with landowners, and manage external stakeholder risks across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements for critical infrastructure construction
• Negotiate terms with landowners and manage external suppliers for easement agreements
• Research new markets and engage with site selection to mitigate easement delivery risks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in right-of-way negotiations and easement execution
• Strong project management background with internal/external legal counsel and suppliers
• Experience managing external stakeholder risks across multiple geographies
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing project schedules and milestones
• Basic knowledge of real estate planning and development processes
