Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Program Manager in daily operations, the full-time Alternate Program Manager will assist with staffing oversight, compliance, and quality control for the EFMP Respite Care program in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and serve as acting Program Manager when needed
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including families and Government representatives, to ensure effective service delivery
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified respite care providers while monitoring provider performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare or social service field
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare or social services
• At least 3 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to support nationwide service operations
