Job Summary
Providing operational leadership in a remote full-time capacity, the Program Manager 2, Value-Based Care will ensure the execution of value-based care strategies through operational workflows and performance measurements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the operationalization and optimization of value-based care programs throughout their lifecycle
- Translates strategic program objectives into actionable operational workflows and governance structures
- Partners with cross-functional teams to align program design with operational execution and identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 years of experience in healthcare value-based care programs or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in payer-provider strategy or healthcare consulting preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and performance measurement concepts
- Experience operationalizing Medicare Advantage and Commercial VBC programs preferred
