Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to drive high-visibility and high-priority Programs, focusing on IT, Organizational, and Process integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of multiple complex initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes
- Communicate with Project stakeholders and Executive and Senior Management, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses
- Provide Gap analysis on processes currently in place, suggesting refinement and improvement to streamline efficiency and simplicity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years of experience in program or project management
- 3+ Years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven program management transformation plans
- Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel Project, Teams, Power BI, etc
