Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage triage process for tickets between engineering teams
- Coordinate ticket flow and identify necessary actions
- Understand cloud engineering and project management for engineering teams
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in cloud engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience with ticketing systems or Product Lifecycle Management tools
- Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams
- Engineering degree preferred but not required
- Experience leading network calls or holding meetings/workshops is ideal
