Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Driven Career Expectations process and develop customized career frameworks
• Consult with teams to refine content while ensuring consistency with company standards
• Identify program improvement opportunities and support administrative tasks across Career Programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
• 4+ years of experience in a program management role, preferably within HR
• Strong consultative skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Experience in project and time management
