Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee client programs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all phases of client programs, ensuring cost, implementation, and performance meet company standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage contracts to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
• Analyze program performance and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness and profitability

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant project management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience managing contracts with annual revenues of $2m-$5m
• Ability to direct teams typically consisting of 7-15 members
