Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing and executing a portfolio of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide program leadership and oversight on strategic initiatives ensuring successful delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to define program objectives and align them across projects
• Manage risks and communicate project updates, including timelines and dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with project portfolio and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Demonstrated track record as a Project Manager or Program Manager delivering technology modernization projects
• Experience leading and managing a robust portfolio of projects
• Design thinking, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
• Intellectual curiosity to understand connections and improve processes
