Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent physical security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resources for multiple physical security projects
• Develop and implement program strategies and objectives in alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor program performance, budgets, and schedules to achieve optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in security or a related field
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risks in complex program environments
• Ability to mentor project managers and coordinators for consistent project execution
