Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs using cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business department initiatives that promote quality, safety, and cost of care opportunities
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Health care experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables, X-lookup, and V-lookup, highly preferred
• Quality Improvement knowledge/experience highly preferred
