Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee demand management across Scaled Partnerships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones
Analyze and optimize the lead flow process, ensuring proper qualification and routing of leads
Develop strategies to re-activate dormant leads and provide regular reporting on lead pipeline performance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in building and optimizing lead pipelines
7+ years of experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
7+ years of experience working with data flows and MS Excel/Spreadsheets
Preferred PMI or PMP certification
