Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager /Demand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones
• Analyze and optimize the lead flow process to ensure proper qualification and routing of leads
• Develop strategies to re-activate dormant leads and provide regular reporting on lead pipeline performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand management, sales operations, or program management
• Proven track record of building and optimizing lead pipelines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
