Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables
• Track and manage program milestones and timelines, proactively addressing risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a consulting or technology environment
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project)
• PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A growth mindset with a passion for problem-solving and creating structure where there is none
