Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to oversee and manage programs utilizing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor programs to meet business needs and strategic objectives
• Gather requirements, create plans, manage resources, and facilitate project execution
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Health care experience preferred
• Experience writing trilogy documents, program descriptions, and/or work plans strongly preferred
• Proven experience collaborating with state regulators strongly preferred
