Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coach engagement strategies for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs and drive cloud technology adoption
• Lead program planning and management to achieve customer outcomes and mitigate blockers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years with a Master's Degree, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365) and service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI) and Prosci or equivalent certification
