Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance program efficiency and oversee multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning and execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
• Call Center knowledge or background is a plus
• Enterprise program management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Ambetter, Duals, Medicare, and/or Medicaid is strongly preferred
