Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager 2, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirements through implementation and support in a large enterprise environment
• Participate in meetings with customers to assess requirements and provide accurate timelines for eBonding solutions
• Track and manage program schedules and ensure quality of program deliverables while communicating updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and deliverables
• Understanding of ITSM and solutions delivery
• Ability to analyze risks and issues effectively
