Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Non-Profit) to oversee project management for a nonprofit organization focused on emotional health and suicide prevention among teens and young adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and work plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage project teams to achieve goals and maintain project momentum
• Oversee project activities including evaluation planning, data collection, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, public health, or related field preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5.5 years of experience in project management within research or evaluation settings
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets ranging from $50k to $500k+
• Experience leading project teams and supervising staff
