Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support various training initiatives in the Learning and Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with community leads to understand training needs
• Coordinate with Product Group personnel to gather and prepare training content
• Organize training sessions to meet the requirements of trainers and trainees

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of overall experience in project management and coordination
• Minimum of 5-9 years of strong project management experience
• 5-8 years of experience with Rise/Articulate and content publishing
• 5-7 years of proficiency in preparing presentations and decks
• Experience in coordinating and conducting training sessions
