Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager who will serve as the primary client account and relationship manager, ensuring exemplary client service and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for communications and project needs
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Facilitate strategic client discussions and manage all contractual and financial aspects of projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in science or a related discipline
• PMP certification (current or planned in the future)
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including direct project management experience
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Proficiency in English required
