Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager who will oversee contract execution and serve as the primary contact between the agency and contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with agency requirements
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
• Manage staffing, scheduling, risk, quality assurance, and issue resolution across all workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of program/project management experience
• PMP certification
• Experience managing federal IT contracts and deliverables
