Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program management for clients, ensuring client retention and account profitability
• Increase revenues through up-selling and cross-selling while developing and executing local business plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients at a national level and manage budgets and financials

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in account management within the corporate travel or related industry
• Experience managing global clients, particularly those headquartered in Europe
• Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology and corporate travel operations
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of clientele and influence decision makers
