Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan and oversee Medicaid and Medicare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and cost of care
• Gather requirements, create plans, manage resources, and facilitate project execution
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in health care
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare in a managed care organization is highly preferred
