Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support operations and program management efforts for Federal clients across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure contract deliverable compliance
• Monitor status of deliverables through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and ongoing reporting of status, risks, and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation to enhance program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years managing IT projects in the government sector
• Prior experience through all stages of the delivery program lifecycle
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• PMP Certification or other Program Management certifications preferred
