Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives by identifying, scoping, and driving cross-functional programs that support operational and financial objectives
• Operationalize OKRs by translating strategic objectives into structured, actionable programs with clear timelines and outcomes
• Create executive-ready reporting on program performance, risks, and impact to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or business planning
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
• Expertise in translating high-level objectives into actionable plans with defined KPIs
• Experience with OKR frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
