Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Provider Portal Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for issue resolution related to the Availity Provider Portal
• Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement portal enhancements and monitor performance metrics
• Lead and manage teams in planning and executing business programs while focusing on process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
