Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Director, Design & Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes of work, timelines, and work plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage project teams to meet goals and maintain project momentum
• Oversee project activities including evaluation planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, public health, or related field preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5.5 years of experience in project management within research or evaluation settings
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets ranging from $50k to $500k+
• Experience leading project teams and supervising staff
