Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead client- and grant-based systems change projects from July 2025 through January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Define timelines, deliverables, and impact goals in collaboration with directors and team leads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and manage communications around progress and priorities
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors, providing clarity on roles and expectations while fostering collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management roles, ideally in non-profit or large-scale foodservice settings
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, particularly in food systems, public health, education, or community development
• Proficiency with agile project management approaches and tools
• Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and systems-level problem-solving
• Commitment to working collaboratively with a small team of motivated individuals
